MUC 371 - Choral Music Methods I, 2 credit hours

Prerequisite(s): EDU 212; MUC 370; PSY 205
The study of methods and materials for teaching choral music including curriculum and planning, diverse and appropriate repertoire selection, rehearsal strategies, and student engagement. Additional focus will include assessment techniques, technology, and program administration. Supervised clinical and field experiences of 10 hours is required.
