DSA 301 - Data Practicum, 3 credit hours

Prerequisite(s): DSA 101, CSC 280, and MTH 235 or Instructor Consent
The DSA Practicum is a project-based course designed to facilitate students working in teams under faculty supervision to solve meaningful data-oriented problems drawn from within the BW community or from external partners. Students will be responsible for meeting and communicating with clients and providing them with relevant deliverables. Students will also be required to deliver a presentation to clients and faculty at the end of the semester indicating the nature of their work and the status of the project.
