EDU 375X - Internship for Intervention Specialists I, 1 credit hour
Prerequisite(s): 100 and 200 level EDU courses
Corequisite(s): EDU 347 , EDU 348 , EDU 349 , EDU 378
This course is an extended, supervised field experience for Intervention Specialist Education candidates with limited university meetings. Candidates will observe, plan, and teach a series of literacy and math lessons along with collecting behavioral data, analyzing and creating positive behavior support plans for students with disabilities in an authentic middle school setting (grades 4-9).
