BUS 645 - Project Management, 3 credit hours

This course provides students with the basic knowledge in project management according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). It provides project managers with the fundamental practices needed to achieve organizational results and excellence in the practice of project management. The course covers the nine areas of knowledge: Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management.
