This Program promotes lifelong learning for working adults. The focus of the curriculum is on personal development and application of concepts in the workplace. Critical components of globalization, communication, quantitative reasoning, teamwork, and leadership reflect the workforce demands of organizations in Northeast Ohio competing in the global economy. This program results in both a Management and Marketing major upon completion.
