CAS 212 - Persuasive Speaking, 3 credit hours Prerequisite(s): CAS 112 This course prepares students to be ethical speakers by exploring the concepts of persuasion and propaganda. Students will learn persuasion theories and examine research findings related to the persuasion process, public opinion, and compliance gaining. Students will apply this knowledge to prepare, practice, and deliver persuasive presentations.
