ECN 356D - Urban & Regional Economics, 3 credit hours Prerequisite(s): ECN 200 or ECN 201 A study of growth and development of cities and regions. Economic theories of urban and regional development are studied. Topics include determinants of business location decisions, regional economic growth or decline, population shifts, employment opportunities, and inter/intra-regional competition and trade.
