FNC 548 - Financial Management I, 3 credit hours This is a foundation class in finance for MBA students. The course covers the basic concepts, tools, and techniques needed to make financial decisions. The topics covered in this course will include, Financial Tools (Ratio Analysis, Time value of money – PV, FV, NPV, IRR, Payback, PI etc. in evaluating projects), Valuation of Securities and Projects (Fixed Income, equity), and Risk and Return.
