MGT 504 - Negotiation & Conflict Management, 2 credit hours This course will develop student understanding of the principles, strategies, and tactics of effective negotiation and professional conflict management. Students will also increase awareness and understanding of ethical principles and stakeholder considerations that influence the choices offered and made in transactions and relationships.
