FNC 464 - Real Estate Finance & Investments, 3 credit hours Prerequisite(s): ACC 245 and FNC 342 ; and either MTH 105 or MTH 108 or MTH 235 or PSY 278 or MTH 279 or FNC 280 The course will provide terminology, concepts, principles, and analytical techniques related to financing of and investment in real estate. It provides an understanding of risks and rewards associated with investing in and financing of both residential and commercial real estate. Concepts covered are used in many careers related to real estate. They include investing, financing including development financing, appraising, buying and leasing real estate - both residential and commercial.
