MGT 770 - Health Informatics, 3 credit hours Health Informatics is the intersection of information science, computer science, and health care. It deals with the resources, devices, and methods required to optimize the acquisition, storage, retrieval, and use of information in health and biomedicine. This course will help students develop an understanding of health informatics and its goals, standards, applications, and uses in clinical environments.
