MGT 621 - Organizational Development & Change Management, 3 credit hours This course will explore the process of change in organizations, focusing on organizational development interventions used in helping organizations manage change effectively. The course focus is on the tools and skills needed to manage change, including cultural change, risk assessment, project management and team leadership. We will also explore some of the broader issues surrounding both human processual and technostructural organizational change.
