THE 267 - Artists and the Classroom, 3 credit hours

Prerequisite(s): Must be pursuing a performing arts major or minor (music, theatre, and/or dance).
This course introduces skills required for success as a Teaching Artist including introductory training in trauma-informed care, adverse childhood experiences, the power of play, de-escalation & co-regulation, creating a safe & creative classroom, and self-care.
