SPN 201 - Intermediate Spanish I, 4 credit hours

Notes: Required of all Spanish majors.

Prerequisite(s): SPN 102 or equivalent. SPN 201 is an appropriate entry point for most students with more than two years of high school Spanish.
The purpose of this class is to review and expand on the first year of Spanish at BW. This is a grammar class with an introduction to cultural and literary readings. All skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), as well as the three basic fields (grammar, literature, and culture) will be emphasized during the course.
