Notes: Required of all theatre majors and minors.

An introduction to various techniques of script analysis, applying them to specific play scripts in a quest to extract playable ideas for the theatre artist. Through both writing and discussion, building a vocabulary for articulating one’s personal response to a play and understanding a script as a blueprint for performance.
