GEO 315 - Hydrology, 4 credit hours Prerequisite(s): GEO 104 or GEO 111 or GEO 121 or BIO 122 ; and Core Math. This course covers all aspects of the hydrologic cycle, including precipitation, stream discharge, groundwater flow, and surface runoff. Human influence on the hydrologic cycle, contaminant transport, and hydrologic statistics will also be addressed, with special attention given to data collection and analysis in the field and laboratory settings.
