THE 203 - Voice for the Actor 3, 3 credit hours
Prerequisite(s): THE 103 and THE 104 ; BFA in Acting majors only or permission of instructor.
Putting it together: expanding on the teachings from Voice for the Actor 2, this course focuses on the development of the actor’s vocal instrument towards healthy, supported, spontaneous vocal expressivity. Students delve more deeply into the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) in preparation for learning accents & dialects.
