ASW 624 - Applied Physiology Lab, 2 credit hours

The laboratory course provides applied laboratory experiences related to the exercise response related to metabolic, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems. Emphasis will include advanced measurement techniques in maximal exercise testing, electrocardiography assessment, lactate and glucose measurement, and anaerobic assessment. Application of advanced fitness and health-related measures for clinical settings will be emphasized.
