MUA 322 - Dalcroze Pedagogy and Applications, 3 credit hours

Prerequisite(s): C- or better in MUA 210, MUA 220, and MUC 134 (or equivalent)
The study of teaching musical concepts to pre-K-12 students through the Dalcroze approach with an emphasis on the development of individual performance skills and pedagogical techniques in the three main branches of solfege, eurhythmics, and piano improvisation and the two applied branches of pedagogy and plastique animee.
