MKT 448 - eCommerce & Omnichannel Marketing, 1.5 credit hours

Why Omnichannel eCommerce Marketing? For today’s digitally fluent customers, it is imperative that we offer seamless customer experience across all of the channels (online and offline) that our customers experience. Merging the instruction of Omnichannel marketing with eCommerce marketing provides the opportunity for you to learn the ins and outs of selling products and services online - while acknowledging the need to engage with customers across a variety of channels.

In this course, we’ll introduce you to the ever-evolving landscape of eCommerce tools and platforms while discussing the variety of strategies and tactics that can be used across and between channels to maintain a customer-centric marketing and sales approach.
