EGR 201 - Dynamics and Vibrations, 4 credit hours

Prerequisite(s): EGR 200
Newtonian dynamics of particles and rigid bodies with applications to engineering design are presented. Concepts include kinematics and dynamics of particles and rigid bodies; conservation laws; vibrations of single degree of freedom systems. Computational tools and techniques will be used to solve equations of motion and optimize designs.
