MUC 146 - Music Theatre Workshop 2: Scene to Song; Freshman Showcase, 1 credit hour

Prerequisite(s): MUC 145 or consent of instructor
Musical Theatre Workshop 2 offers students an opportunity to apply fundamental acting techniques acquired in the first semester to Contemporary Music Theatre repertoire. Focus will be put on solos and scenes into songs. The semester culminates in a “shareformance” of the material explored in class. Audition technique and industry preparation will also be a component of the course.
