MUC 445 - Music Theatre Workshop 7: Music Theatre Senior Boot Camp, 1 credit hour

Prerequisite(s): MUC 346 or consent of instructor
Music Theatre Workshop 7 focuses on repertoire for senior recitals, senior showcase, and audition books. Attention will be paid to ensure that songs/song cuts are “audition ready” and “user-friendly” for accompanists. Upon completion of the course, students will have a well-rounded audition book, will have completed senior recitals, and will have selected showcase material. Professional headshots will also be required during this course. Audition technique and industry preparation will also be a component of the course.
