BUS 365H - Management Science, 3 credit hours

Open to students formally accepted into Business Honors, University Honors students who elect these course to satisfy upper level requirements, and business students with Business Honors Director approval. This course will evaluate internal business processes and their effects on sustainable business practices and the triple bottom line. Through the utilization of various optimization techniques, business operations will be evaluated and recommendations made to eliminate waste, increase efficiencies, and enhance organizational effectiveness. These skills are important in the capstone BUS 461H and BUS 462H courses as the analytical techniques will be utilized in the design and implementation of the consulting project.
