COL 115 - Career Decision-making, 1 credit hour This course leads students through three phases of the career development process: getting to know yourself (personality, skills, interests, and values), career exploration (learning more about your academic and career options), and career decision-making (crafting a plan to reach your career goals). Students will also be introduced to professional skills such as resume and cover letter writing, interviewing and networking.
