COL 115 - Career Decision-Making, 1 credit hour This course leads students through phases of the career development process: getting to know yourself (personality, skills, interests, and values), career exploration(learning more about your academic and career options), career decision-making (crafting a plan to reach your career goals), identifying opportunities to gain experience, and marketing yourself effectively. Students will be introduced to professional skills such as resume and cover letter writing, interviewing and networking. The combination of these skills and your academic experience at BW can lead to the achievement of personal goals and career success.
