SOC 206 - Crime in Organizations, 3 credit hours Crime isn’t always complex or committed by those in positions of power, but sometimes it is. The primary focus of this course is to acquaint students with the nature and extent of criminal behavior within an organizational context. Accordingly, the course will focus upon analyzing organizational crime and deviance within corporate, governmental and criminal justice settings. Societal attitudes, social and economic consequences and control of these activities are also addressed.
