BUS 503 - Human Capital Management, 2 credit hours This course provides students with the concepts and applications to function as a leader in their organizations with the skills to cultivate, and maintain the effective relationship between individuals and the organizations. Strategic human capital is viewed as a critical element of a successful organization that includes the process of developing and retaining employees to engage and achieve objectives, innovate, and maximize organizational and individual success. This course prepares students to ethically develop and maintain human capital while learning the best practices to do so.
